What this service does
LowScout helps you find recurring expenses and decide what to cancel or reduce. To do that, the product will (in an upcoming release) analyze financial documents you choose to upload. This early-access release does not yet process financial documents.
Data we store today
Your account details (email address and optional display name), your consent decisions, an audit trail of sensitive actions on your account, and any test files you explicitly upload on developer pages. Files are stored privately and are only accessible to your account through short-lived, signed links.
Data we do not collect
We do not connect to your bank, read your email, or collect financial transactions in this release. When those capabilities launch, each will require its own separate, explicit consent.
How data is protected
Files are stored in private storage with expiring access links. Sensitive values are excluded from application logs. Access to your records is checked on the server for every request.
Deleting your data
You can delete uploaded files at any time from within the product. Account deletion tooling is under development; until then, contact support to request deletion.
